Painting

We have a great project started at our house. If any of you have driven by lately, you know we are working on painting the exterior of our house. What isn't obvious from the outside, is that we are also working hard on the inside. Silly, I know, to have two projects at once. Suffice it to say that the outside is a summer priority - due to Oregon rain - and the inside is a heart priority - due to too many people sharing one bathroom!!! 

If you've never been in our house, you may not know that it is a unique set up that has been used as a tri-plex for the last umpteen years. As of today, we have a vacant cottage attached to the back of our house, and we will be putting a door through the wall of the kids' room to use the cottage for its extra bedroom and bathroom. Can't tell you how excited I am for the extra space (and to not have to fight for the bathroom) Just wanted to show you my cute kids painting what will be the boys' room.
